  • How do I deposit?

    To make a deposit at RoyaalCasino, you first need to create an account. After logging in to your account, please go to "Deposit" in the menu at the top. When you have chosen your preferred payment method, enter the relevant account information and the funds will be credited to your account after the time period stated in the deposit information. When choosing Credit / Debit Card you will be re-directed to E-PRO solutions where your purchase will result in the issuing of an E-VOUCHER (electronic money).

  • How do I withdraw?

    Wire transfer

    You may request a withdrawal from the Cashier at any time. Minimum withdrawal is €150 and transactions are usually processed within 72 hours. After the withdrawal has been processed by our payments team, it will take 3-5 days for the payment to reach your bank account as this is an international bank transaction.

    To withdraw amounts lower than €150, you can request a manual withdrawal via any payment method available on the website. A manual withdrawal has an administrative fee of €10 that will be deducted from the withdrawal amount you have requested. To make a manual withdrawal, you must have made at least one deposit. To request a manual withdrawal, please send an email to support@royaalcasino.com with your IBAN and Swift/BIC details and our payments team will process it for you.

    Neteller / Skrill
    You may request a manual withdrawal to Neteller / Skrill, with a minimum amount of €150. The transaction is usually processed within 72 hours. After the withdrawal has been handled by our payments team, it will be instantly available in your Neteller / Skrill account. In order to request a Neteller / Skrill withdrawal, please contact our support team and provide us with your Neteller account number or Skrill email address and the withdrawal amount.

  • I've forgotten my username and password. What should I do?

  • What happens if my internet connection is cut off during a game?

    If you get disconnected while in the middle of an online casino game and are unable to reconnect to the online Casino, you will simply be logged out after a certain period of inactivity.

    If you were playing Blackjack, Casino Craps, or Video Poker when the disconnection occurred and succeed in reconnecting prior to being logged out, the system will return you to the exact moment when the online casino game was interrupted. If you were playing a game such as Slots and Roulette, where the player does not affect the result of the game after placing his wager, proceed to the Game History section to view your game's outcome.

  • The game doesn't open when I click on it. What should I do?
